About Young Generation
of Dogoloya

We are a community-based youth organisation in Dogoloya, Falaba District, Sierra Leone, registered with Falaba District Council and committed to sustainable development through youth-led initiatives.

Our Story

Young Generation of Dogoloya was founded on July 9, 2023, by a group of passionate young people determined to see lasting change in their community. What began as a shared frustration with inaction became a registered organisation with 18 executives, corporate banking, and a track record of real impact.

From solar streetlights to sanitation renovations, from health walks to annual awards, YOD is proof that young people — when organised, resourced, and given a platform — can transform a community.
